I decided to get involved with A Defining Moment at the request of Jimmy Draper. I listened to the vision that Jimmy has for the ministry and realized, after praying, that God could use me in helping to assist in achieving the vision. Discipleship is one of the most neglected items in Christianity's spread of the good news, and A Defining Moment wants to do something about that. Also, Africa can greatly profit from a strong adoption of True Love Waits and the discipleship program. China is in major need of a true translation of the Bible that is easy to read and understand and the ministry is working to achieve such a translation.
I have made trips to Africa and China on behalf of A Defining Moment and it is overwhelming and humbling to realize that I have a chance to be used in a ministry that intends to carry forth the Great Commission in such a mighty way.
